Are you dreaming of an adventure at sea, with diving everything that entails?
Then maybe you should jump at the chance of joining our crew. The word “gast” (in English “deckhand”) could be explained as “a co-sailor on our adventure”. For us a crewmember on our ship is many things, but first and foremost you are a part of the social life on board. Someone who will take part in the great adventure this trip is for us. But also someone, who will take part, and lend a hand, in the tasks that bring this adventure across the seas and around the world.
As a part of the crew, you’ll get a unique opportunity for a very different outdoor experience few will experience in their life. An experience you will be co-creating as we go along. You will get to know new people, and you will get to know them well – and you will most likely also get to know yourself even better.
It’s not a holiday where everything is handed to you on a platter, you have to make things happen and give ideas life with the rest of the crew. We’re a community, and we expect everyone to contribute to this community – both socially and practically.
But we will state, that the satisfaction and authenticity of being a part of this should be tenfold the payoff for what you contribute. The grand experiences are waiting for us right out there; we just need to go catch them… together.
You don’t need sailing-experience – we can teach you what you need during the trip. The most important is social ability and the willingness and tolerance to be a part of a small group.
